Bayern and Upamecano continue talks over a new contract

The main financial terms have already been agreed: Upamecano’s salary will be €20 million, with a signing bonus of the same amount planned. Despite a one-month delay in negotiations, the defender is still likely to stay with the team.
This season, the 27-year-old Frenchman has made 24 appearances, scoring 1 goal, providing 1 assist and receiving 7 yellow cards.
