Another bright news for Uzbek football: our compatriot Abdukodir Khusanov from Manchester City was named the club's "Football Player of the Month" based on the results of January. The fact that the winner of this award is determined not by the coaching staff, but by the votes of the fans adds special value to this achievement.
As the club's official source noted, Khusanov demonstrated a very stable performance in January and played in 7 matches during the month, working with various defensive partners and strengthening the team's back. In the fight for the award, he surpassed his teammates Bernardo Silva and Gianluigi Donnarumma.
