Arsenal beat Wigan by four goals to reach the last 16

In the FA Cup 1/16 finals, Arsenal hosted Wigan at home and won a big victory that left no questions asked - 4:0. The Londoners set the pace from the first minutes of the match, kept the opponent under pressure and decided the result in a short time.
The score opened in the 11th minute. Noni Maduake “cracked” the opponent’s defense, put the ball in the net and gave Arsenal an early advantage. Not long after, in the 18th minute, Gabriel Martinelli increased the gap again. Interestingly, both goals were assisted by Eberechi Eze - he spoke his mind in terms of reading the game and making the right pass at the right time.
For Wigan, the situation became even more difficult: in the 23rd minute, Jack Hunt made a careless mistake and sent the ball into his own net. After that, the match practically took on a one-sided tone. In the 27th minute, Gabriel Jesus scored the fourth goal, making the final score of the match 4:0.
Thus, Arsenal "closed the case" early and advanced to the next stage - the 1/8 finals. For the fans, the main conclusion of this game is simple: the team crushed the opponent in the first half hour thanks to speed, various options in attack and accuracy in the finish.
