However, in added time of the first half, "Al-Nassr" conceded a goal – a cross from the right wing was met by the goalkeeper, but defender Abdulela al-Amri redirected it into his own near corner (1:0).
In the second half, "Al-Nassr" increased their pressure: Joao Felix's attempt in the penalty area was blocked, and the rebound saw Ronaldo unleash a powerful shot from 15 meters, but the goalkeeper saved it. In the 72nd minute, after a long pass from Sultan al-Ghanam, Kingsley Coman broke into the penalty area, delivered a cross to the far post, and Sadio Mane equalized with an unchallenged header – 1:1.
In the following minutes, Marcelo Brozovic set up his teammate for a one-on-one situation, but Ayman Yahya failed to beat the goalkeeper. The final point was put in the 85th minute: after a combination with Felix, Abdullah al-Hamdan scored accurately from 8 meters inside the penalty area, increasing the lead to 1:3. As a result, "Al-Nassr" secured three points and continued their leadership in the standings with a two-point advantage, while "Al-Fayha" remained around 11th place.
