The Uzbekistan youth national ice hockey team (U18) has played another successful match at the World Championship. Competing in Group A of Division III, our representatives took to the ice against the Bulgarian national team. In a tense and uncompromising battle, our boys managed to overcome their opponents with a score of 5:3.
During the match, the Bulgarian hockey players also tried to put up a worthy resistance, and the intrigue remained until the very end. Nevertheless, the Uzbek youth maintained their composure in the decisive moments. Precise actions in the attacking line and effective use of created opportunities ensured the final result.
This victory further strengthened the position in the tournament table. Currently, the Uzbekistan U18 national team has reached 11 points and is confidently holding the first place in the group. According to the National Olympic Committee, the mental state and the pace of the game in our team are at a very high level.
It is important to maintain the same stability in the upcoming matches. To achieve victory in prestigious competitions like the World Championship, it is required not only to have a one-time success but to demonstrate a high level in every game. We wish our boys good luck in the next matches.
