AC Milan is preparing to sell Rafael Leão

The renowned Italian club AC Milan is considering selling Portuguese fast winger Rafael Leão. This was reported by the Italian publication La Gazetta dello Sport.
According to the source, the club previously ruled out the player's release, but his actions in the match against Lazio changed the management's mind. Now the Rossoneri are ready to consider any offers regarding Leao.
The player's contract includes a €170 million release clause, but the club believes no one will pay this amount. Therefore, proposals for 80 million euros and above will be considered.
The incident is linked to the player's conflict with his teammates after head coach Massimiliano Allegri replaced Leaou in the 66th minute in the match against Lazio.
Winger's current contract with AC Milan runs until the summer of 2028, with a market value of €70 million according to Transfermarkt.
This season, the Portuguese footballer has made 24 appearances, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists. Now, the club and Leao's future strategy are in the spotlight for the fans.
