Zidane rejects Tajikistan offer and chooses France

Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has reportedly declined an offer to lead the Tajikistan national football team. According to reports, Zidane diplomatically rejected the proposal, stating that he already has a prior agreement with France. This follows rumors of a verbal pact with the French Football Federation, which was allegedly kept quiet out of respect for current coach Didier Deschamps. Consequently, Zidane is expected to resume his coaching career with the French national team.
Information has emerged that former Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane was offered the job of managing the Tajikistan national team. This was reported by the PM Arena portal.
According to sources, the French specialist politely and diplomatically declined the offer. He informed the Football Federation of Tajikistan that he already has a preliminary agreement with the France national team. In this way, Zidane made his decision in favor of France.
Previously, it was also reported that Zinedine Zidane had reached an oral agreement with the French Football Federation. The parties could have announced this decision earlier, but the process was postponed out of respect for the current head coach Didier Deschamps.
Thus, Zidane’s future coaching career is expected to be linked with the France national team, while the Tajikistan national team’s offer has been rejected.
