"I started the book when I was at Arsenal. Now, as my experience grows, I trust my work more.
The biggest chapters are probably about Arsene, because everything was new, and about Conte, because he was a big shock for me. Everything was different," he added.
At Como, Fabregas is not only a coach but also a minority shareholder who has a significant influence on the club's sporting direction. He stated that he makes all football decisions himself and that the club president trusts him completely.
