Saha labels Jadon Sancho as Manchester United's unluckiest signing in history

Louis Saha labels Jadon Sancho the most disappointing signing in Manchester United history

Former striker Louis Saha has labeled Jadon Sancho the most disappointing signing in the history of Manchester United. In his opinion, the fact that the player, who was purchased for 73 million pounds, has failed to prove himself remains a mystery. This was reported by Goal.com xabar.

Sancho was acquired from Borussia Dortmund in 2021 with high expectations. Although the English winger had become one of the best attacking players in Europe while in Germany, he was unable to replicate that level in the Premier League.

He made 83 appearances for Manchester United, scoring only 12 goals. Following an open conflict with former manager Erik ten Hag, he was sent on loan to teams such as Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, and Aston Villa.

Louis Saha emphasized that Sancho is completely losing his talent. The former player noted that he had wanted him to succeed at Old Trafford, but described the current situation as regrettable.

The 26-year-old winger is currently on loan at Aston Villa and has scored one goal in 36 appearances across all competitions. His contract with Manchester United expires in the summer, and the club is expected to let him leave as a free agent.
