Barcelona winger Raphinha has reacted sharply to rumors circulating in the Spanish media about his potential departure from the club. In an interview with ESPN, the Brazilian footballer emphasized that all these reports are fabricated. This is reported by Goal.com .
"Since I arrived at Barcelona, there has been constant talk every day about me leaving. There is just one person there who lies," said Raphinha. Although he did not name a specific journalist, it is clear his frustration stems from an article in Sport claiming the player was having doubts about his future.
Raphinha has a contract with the club until 2028 and has firmly stated he has no intention of leaving. Despite injuries this season, he has scored 19 goals and provided 8 assists in 31 matches.
The Brazilian forward has recovered from a thigh injury and returned to the squad. He is expected to feature in the upcoming El Clásico against Real Madrid.
