Nurislom Ismoilov wins WBC Eurasia title (video)

Uzbek boxer Nurislom Ismoilov has successfully completed his latest professional bout. The 24-year-old compatriot stepped into the ring against Lupakisyo Shoti from Tanzania during a professional boxing night held in Tashkent.

The 10-round super middleweight contest was for the WBC Eurasia belt. Throughout the fight, Ismoilov was more active, precise, and confident than his opponent. Ultimately, the Uzbek boxer secured victory via a tenth-round technical knockout.

This victory marks the ninth success for Nurislom Ismoilov in the professional ring. Notably, he remains undefeated with a record of 9 wins in 9 fights. Meanwhile, 26-year-old Tanzanian Lupakisyo Shoti suffered the second defeat of his 11-fight career.

Thus, Nurislom Ismoilov became the owner of the WBC Eurasia super middleweight title. He previously held the WBC CISBB belt as well. This result further strengthens our compatriot's position on the international stage.
