LG revolutionized technology with its frameless microLED TV

The well-known South Korean technology giant LG has presented its next innovative novelty - a completely frameless microLED TV. This device consists of two 22-inch panels, which can be used as a single large screen or as two independent displays by gluing them together.

This innovative approach is based on the new architecture of microLED technology and precise and perfect panel connection solutions. Interestingly, the line between the screens cannot be felt either by eye or hand - the image looks as if it were on a single screen.

MicroLED: real image and individual pixel control

According to LG, microLED technology allows you to control the brightness and color of each pixel individually. This, along with perfect black color, high definition, durability and low risk of overheating, serves to create real and vivid images on the screen.

Wide range of applications

The company says that these panels can be used in commercial applications — for example, in the production of unconventionally shaped displays — as well as in the construction of large desktop monitors for home use. Despite the high production costs, LG has firmly decided to invest in microLED technology.
