According to the company’s statement, this situation is related to “unscheduled maintenance works.” The Joint Republican Processing Center JSC reported that temporary issues are being experienced in the following areas:

In addition, difficulties have been noted when making payments and money transfers via certain mobile applications, although this detail was not specifically mentioned in the official statement.
Uzcard’s comment stated the following:
— We apologize for the temporary inconveniences. Our specialists are already working to eliminate the malfunctions and restore stable system operation.
Experts believe that while such disruptions may cause temporary difficulties for many users, once the system is fully restored, services will resume functioning as usual. Users are awaiting updated information from Uzcard.
