In accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-157, signed on September 8 of this year, from November 1, 2025, information about citizens will be provided in real time through their personal accounts on the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (MyGov.uz).
According to this decree, citizens' personal data will be formalized and will have equal legal force with paper documents. Now state bodies and organizations will not be able to request a paper copy of the information provided on the MyGov portal.
Also, from November 1, 2025, a number of conveniences and innovations will be introduced. In particular, pensioners, pregnant women, and citizens with children under 3 years of age who have applied to Public Service Centers will be granted the right to receive services without queuing.
In addition, when registering individuals through the Unified Identification System - OneID, a mechanism for identification using Face ID technology - that is, the biometric identification method - will be introduced.
Another important innovation: from now on, Public Service Centers will have the right to provide services to the population and entrepreneurs for all services implemented through the Single Portal. This will make the process of people using services faster, more transparent, and more convenient.
