Production of the Magnus Fusion aircraft in Uzbekistan discussed

A new, interesting direction may open in the transport sector: Deputy Minister of Transport Jasur Choriev held a meeting with the CEO of Magnus Aircraft Zrt. Laszlo Boros.
The main topic of the meeting was one: the possibility of producing Magnus Fusion 212 aircraft manufactured by the company in Uzbekistan. That is, we are not talking about just buying an aircraft, but about its localization, establishing a production chain, and possibly even exporting in the future.
For your information, Magnus Aircraft Zrt. is a Hungarian international company engaged in the design, production and sale of innovative aircraft based on composite materials. Composite technology, in simple terms, means: lightness, efficiency and modern engineering solutions - these things are not a "plus" in aviation, but a trend that is becoming the standard.
The company's headquarters are located in the city of Pogany, near the Pecs-Pogany International Airport. It was noted that the production and organizational base there occupies an area of about 8,000 square meters - this indicates that the company is not working on a "paper project", but on the basis of real infrastructure.
Another important point: the Magnus group is not limited to Hungary. The company also has representatives in the USA, China, Kenya, Nigeria, Serbia and the Middle East. This means that it has experience not only in branding - but also in the market, logistics and cooperation.
Now let's look at the situation from a "future" perspective: if Uzbekistan takes steps to produce such an aviation product, it could be a "growth point" on several fronts at once, such as personnel training, technology transfer, industrial cooperation, and local jobs. This does not mean that a decision has been made yet, but the fact that it has reached the level of discussion is a sign that a new page is opening in the aviation market.
