VTB Bank and mobile operator Beeline have introduced a new "smart automated payment" service for customers. This solution allows users to avoid the need to manually top up their phone balance and constantly monitor their accounts. This was reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The new service automatically deducts funds within a set limit based on the billing amount provided by the operator. This process significantly simplifies the management of a customer's mobile communication expenses.
Currently, the service is available in the web version of VTB Online. For Android users, it will be integrated into the mobile app starting from version 20.08 by the end of May. The service applies to "Konstruktor" tariff plans and above.
According to VTB representative Alexey Okhorzin, this feature will help millions of customers save time. Beeline representative Anton Maksimov noted that, unlike traditional payments based on dates or balance thresholds, the new method works flexibly according to the customer's actual needs.
In the future, VTB plans to implement this "smart automated payment" system for other mobile operators as well.
