Elon Musk Explains Why Delta Air Lines Rejected Starlink

Delta Air Lines has declined to use SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service. The airline intended to provide passengers with internet access through its own Delta Sync system rather than a Starlink portal. This was reported by Ixbt.com reports .
Commenting on the situation, Elon Musk emphasized that SpaceX does not want additional portals that annoy users in its services. According to him, the Starlink Wi-Fi network should work seamlessly and without issues, just like at home.
Musk criticized Delta Air Lines' approach, stating that the company planned to make the service deliberately complex, inconvenient, and expensive for customers. He expressed confidence that such a strategy would not be successful.
As a result, Delta Air Lines decided to partner with Amazon's low-Earth orbit satellite network. Currently, there are about 10,400 Starlink and about 300 Amazon LEO satellites active in space.
