Xiaomi has unveiled its new tool in China — the Xiaomi Mijia Electric Straight Handle Screwdriver. The device is expected to retail for approximately 99 yuan (about $15). This is reported by Ixbt.com .
This model is equipped with a 2000 mAh battery, designed for long-term use without frequent recharging. The company claims a full charge is sufficient for up to 600 screws, and charging is handled via a universal USB-C port.
The electric screwdriver supports multiple torque levels: up to 4 N·m in electric mode and up to 8 N·m when used manually. The design features a metal planetary gearbox, which increases operational stability and reduces the risk of jamming.
The kit includes 18 bits, a built-in light for working in the dark, and a magnetic holder to facilitate fastener installation. All components are housed in a compact, impact-resistant case for storage and transport.
