The upcoming flagship from OnePlus, the OnePlus 16, is currently being tested with a 185 Hz refresh rate display. This was reported by well-known insider Smart Pikachu. Last year, the company increased the screen refresh rate to 165 Hz in the OnePlus 15 model, and this figure is expected to be even higher in the new generation. According to Ixbt.com reports .
According to Smart Pikachu, the device will be equipped with a periscopic telephoto camera featuring a 200-megapixel sensor. This camera will offer 3x optical zoom. It is also reported that a dedicated button for launching artificial intelligence (AI) applications will appear on the smartphone's body.
Regarding technical specifications, the OnePlus 16 model may be equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED panel manufactured by BOE. The device's performance will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor. The battery capacity is expected to be impressively high, at nearly 9000 mAh.
