In 2026, the popularity of the digital content library on the Russian state services portal grew significantly. According to the Ministry of Digital Development, the number of requests to the service has doubled compared to last year. This service provides users with free access to educational materials in electronic format. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
Currently, 2.9 million teachers and students are using the library, and the total number of requests has reached 31.2 million. Of the users, 0.15 million are teachers and 2.75 million are students. Teachers can select materials aligned with the curriculum through their personal accounts and regional electronic diaries.
Students have the ability to open assignments via a special application. All content on the service fully complies with federal educational standards and programs. Materials can be accessed using a QR code, and content duration is limited based on the time standards for a student's screen time.
The Ministry of Digital Development emphasized that the use of this service is voluntary. Schools independently decide when and how to use these digital resources in the educational process.
