It is planned to develop a draft code of children's rights

According to the “roadmap” for the implementation of the National Strategy of Uzbekistan on Human Rights until 2030, the project:

• Comprehensive systematization of legislative acts on children's rights;
  
• Further improvement of the implementation of the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols into national legislation.
  

It is planned to comprehensively systematize the legislative base in the field of child rights protection and develop a draft of the Code of the Rights of the Child of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which will be directly applicable.

The draft Code will be submitted for public discussion. The draft Code of the Rights of the Child of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
