A Father’s $25,000 Responsibility from a Samarkand Resident

A resident of Samarkand has honorably fulfilled his obligations towards his children, setting an example of responsible citizenship. He made an early, full payment of the alimony assigned for the support of his two minor children.

According to the Press Service of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, the citizen was obligated to pay child support based on the decision of the Samarkand City Civil Court dated February 12, 2023. Without postponing his responsibilities, he reached an agreement with his ex-wife and applied to the Bureau to pay the total alimony amount in advance, up until the children reach the age of 18.

As a result, a total of $25,000 USD was paid in favor of his former spouse, based on calculations made by state enforcers. The enforcement proceedings were officially concluded.
