]On August 7, the people of Uzbekistan will once again face a very hot and dry day. According to official information published by the "Uzhydromet" center, almost identical weather conditions are expected across all regions of the country: no precipitation is expected, and in some areas, the temperature may rise to 40 degrees, reported Uzgidromet.uz.
At the hottest time of the day, especially in Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, sweating is very likely. Although the difference between night and daytime temperatures is significant, the reality requires resilience from the population — the heat is not joking.
Additionally, in mountainous and foothill areas, wind speed may reach up to 13–16 m/s. This demands special attention from tourists and locals who are spending time outdoors. Ignoring the laws of nature can cause serious inconvenience at the very beginning of the week.
No rain is expected in Tashkent. The temperature will be 20–22° at night and around 35–37° during the day. This means that coolness will only be felt in the early morning and late evening for residents of the capital.
The expected weather for the rest of the regions is as follows:
— Karakalpakstan and Khorezm: no precipitation, 18–23° at night, 33–38° during the day;
— Bukhara and Navoi: 20–25° at night, 33–38° during the day;
— Tashkent region, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya: no rain, 18–23° at night, 33–38° during the day;
— Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya: 20–25° at night, 35–40° during the day — the heat in these areas demands extra caution;
— Fergana Valley: no precipitation, 18–23° at night, 32–37° during the day.
Let us remind you that weather in mountainous areas is relatively cooler: 13–18° at night, 25–30° during the day. However, there is a risk of strong wind, so caution is advised for those traveling in nature.
On such hot days, experts recommend staying in the shade, drinking more water, and wearing a hat. We all must take care of our health — the heat does not forgive carelessness.
