"Cooperation Cup" Competitions Among University Staff Held in Uzbekistan

 Uzbekistan is carrying out systemic reforms aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing mass sports. A major event aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and mass sports was the "Cooperation Cup" competition among university staff. The competition was held at the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy, and its main goal was to encourage university staff to engage in sports and increase attention to healthy living.

The competition was organized among staff of the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy, Tashkent State Law University, Tashkent State Economic University, Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, and Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture. The project was carried out within the framework of the "Urgent 90 Days" program and included sports such as football, volleyball, table tennis, chess-checkers, and esports.

The opening of the event was accompanied by the performance of the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan, after which Muzaffar Kamilov, the rector of the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, wishing them success.

In addition, special attention was paid to cooperation in the field of sports at the event. Cooperation agreements were signed with the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the Uzbekistan Students Sports Association, the National Association of Healthy Lifestyle and Fitness of Uzbekistan, and the Uzbekistan State Choreographic Academy.

The competitions were held in an atmosphere of healthy competition, mutual respect, and friendship. In the football competition, the 3rd place went to the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy team, the 2nd place went to Tashkent State Law University, and the winner was Tashkent State Economic University.

In volleyball, the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy also took first place. These competitions were held with great enthusiasm and a high spirit.
