At the Tashkent city, Uchtepa district branch of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau (MIIB), a man paid in advance child support amounting to 2.4 billion soums for his children. This amount is considered a record, MIIB reported.
It is noted that based on the court order, the enforcement document for collecting child support in favor of the claimant Sh.D. from the debtor Sh.J. for the maintenance of four minor children in the amount of half of his income was received at the MIIB Uchtepa district branch.
In addition, to identify property registered in the name of the debtor, inquiries were sent to authorized bodies, and according to the received responses, no property registered in the name of the debtor was identified.
During the enforcement actions, the debtor Sh.J. requested a calculation of the child support for the maintenance of four minor children until they reach adulthood. According to calculations, the amount of child support for 16 years amounted to 2 billion 442 million soums.
It is noted that the debtor Sh.J. transferred the child support funds to the claimant Sh.D. in the form of a house. After that, with the consent of the claimant, the enforcement document was fully executed.
Previously, the male debtor set a record by paying in advance child support in the amount of 2 billion 270 million soums.
