King of Jordan visits exhibition of Uzbek products

As part of his state visit to the country, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan, accompanied by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited an exhibition of locally produced export products.
A wide range of high-quality products that meet international standards for foreign markets are on display at the Congress Center in Samarkand.
The distinguished guest was provided with detailed information about the technological stages, production capacities, innovations and the most advanced equipment used in such sectors as mining, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, textiles, jewelry, agriculture and information technologies.
The exhibition will include samples of finished industrial products with high added value: medicines, medical equipment, mineral fertilizers, textiles, knitwear and jewelry, handicrafts, IT solutions, and others.
The Jordanian leader highly appreciated the products and industrial potential of Uzbekistan. The heads of state stressed the importance of expanding cooperation between leading enterprises, exchanging experience and implementing technology transfer.
