Following the successful negotiations held in Samarkand, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the King of Jordan Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein issued a joint statement on strengthening their partnership relations.
During the visit, 15 bilateral documents were signed, including:
Agreement on Extradition;
Agreement on the Mutual Promotion and Protection of Investments;
Agreement on the Establishment of a Joint Commission;
Agreement on the Abolition of Visa Requirements;
Agreement on Cooperation in Higher Education and Scientific Research;
Agreement on Cooperation in the Tourism Sector;
Declaration on Amendments to the Intergovernmental Agreement on Air Travel;
Declaration on the Initial Exchange of Data on the Movement of Goods and Transport Vehicles Online;
Agreement on Cooperation in Agriculture;
Agreement on Cooperation in Plant Quarantine and Protection;
Agreement on Cooperation in Veterinary Affairs;
Memorandum on Standardization, Metrology, and Conformity Assessment;
Interagency Memorandums on Religious Affairs;
Action Plan for the Implementation of Agreements Reached During the State Visit of Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein.
