According to the Decree "On Additional Measures to Increase the Effectiveness of the Management System in the Field of Preschool and School Education," signed by the President this year, significant social changes are being introduced for managers in the field of school and preschool education.
From September 1, 2025, the following changes will be implemented:
- The base tariff rate for the position of director of general secondary educational institutions will be increased by 20%. This means a significant increase in the salaries of heads of higher educational institutions and schools.
- The base tariff rate for the position of deputy directors will be increased by 15 percent, which is a measure aimed at further increasing the value of their labor.
- Also, the base tariff rates for the positions of directors of preschool educational organizations of groups I and II will be adapted for the deputy directors of general secondary educational institutions of groups III and IV. This step will create a decent social guarantee for managers working in the field of preschool education.
In addition, from January 1, 2026, monthly bonuses will be established for directors and their deputies, depending on the results of performance indicators (KPIs). In this regard, directors will receive additional bonuses in the amount of 20 percent, and deputies - 10 percent of the base tariff rates. This innovation is aimed at stimulating the efficiency of managers' work and further strengthening their targeted activities.
