According to a government decree, starting May 1, 2026, the state service for determining disability will be implemented through a composite system for generating referrals for preferential treatment in medical institutions and placing citizens in electronic queues. This step is aimed at simplifying the process and creating convenience for citizens.
At the same time, by the end of 2026, the "Doctor's Digital Assistant" program, based on artificial intelligence, will be launched, which will automatically interpret the doctor's speech during medical examinations and assist patients in diagnosis. These innovative systems allow specialists to increase work efficiency and quickly and accurately diagnose patients.
Most importantly, from November 1, 2025, students of state higher educational institutions will be provided with the opportunity to receive a refund of part of the monthly rent through the Single Portal. This measure creates financial relief for students and is of great importance in reducing their higher education expenses.
Also, from January 1, 2026, all state services related to the educational process in secondary specialized, vocational, and higher educational institutions will be provided through the Single Portal. This process serves to save time for students and institutions, facilitate document exchange, and reduce bureaucratic barriers.
In addition, from November 1, 2025, the procedure for reissuing a vehicle registration certificate by maintaining information on the installation of gas cylinders on vehicles in electronic form will be canceled. This step will significantly simplify administrative processes related to transport for citizens.
That is, in the coming years, a number of conveniences and digital innovations will be introduced for students and citizens, which will reduce their life and financial burden and make it easier to use public services.
