Parameters of 1320 state orders for foreign and non-state higher educational organizations operating in the republic for the 2025-2026 academic year have been approved. According to the State Commission's statement, these order parameters create new opportunities for young people recommended for admission.
From September 29 to October 5 (inclusive), young people recommended for admission to certain foreign and non-state higher educational institutions on a paid-contract basis will have the opportunity to register. This decision, in particular, will allow higher educational institutions to admit additional students, while ensuring the further development of the education system in the country.
Test trials for registered applicants will be held until October 12, 2025. Based on the results of these tests, applicants' positions in the competition will be determined based on their scores. Registered applicants will be charged a fee in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-4319 dated May 14, 2019.
Taking into account the results of the test trials, applicants are admitted collectively and are sent to the relevant higher educational organizations by October 17, 2025.
Additionally, new opportunities have been created for applicants who registered for bachelor's degree programs in state higher education institutions for the 2025-2026 academic year and participated in entrance exams but were not recommended for admission. They will have the opportunity to participate in the competition for corresponding bachelor's degree programs based on their scores and subject majors.
As a result of this new decision and testing, access to education will increase, which will allow young people to take another step closer to realizing their dreams.
