The Chinese company Yutong sent 100 electric buses to Uzbekistan

In the direction of developing public transport in Tashkent, a project is being implemented to purchase 200 electric buses and charging equipment for them in 2025.

In order to make these purchases, the Chinese company Yutong won the competition for the best offers.

In accordance with the contract concluded with the company, the process of supplying rolling stock has begun. The project is being implemented with the financial support of the Eximbank of China and JSCB "Uzpromstroybank."

The first batch of 100 electric buses was sent from Khorgos to Uzbekistan through Kazakhstan. The dispatch of all electric buses is expected to be completed by the end of September this year.
