The process of applying for mortgage loan subsidies in Uzbekistan resumed on October 2 under the new system. In this process, a point system is applied based on social criteria. Applications can be submitted online to Public Service Centers or through the portal my.gov.uz.
When accepting applications, the main focus is on monthly income, additional criteria, and social status. For example, in Karakalpakstan and regions, with incomes from 3,431,700 to 8,897,000 soums, 10 points are awarded, while in Tashkent, with incomes from 3,431,700 to 10,168,000 soums, 10 points are awarded.
Among the additional criteria, more opportunities for a scoring system will be created for the homeless, labor migrants, specialists working in remote areas, and women in difficult social situations.
In implementing this, social criteria and a scoring system are of paramount importance, ensuring the correct and fair distribution of subsidies.
