In Uzbekistan, after today's warm weather, coolness will begin to be felt starting tomorrow. This was reported by the Hydrometeorological Service Agency under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change.
According to experts, warm and dry weather characteristic of summer will prevail throughout the republic during the day on October 17. The temperature in the central regions of the country will be around 23-28 degrees, and in the northern regions - 20-25 degrees. However, this warmth will not last long - starting October 18, a cool influx of air from the northwest is expected, uzhydromet.uz reports.
According to the agency, new air masses will cause a gradual decrease in temperature throughout the country. The daytime temperature on October 18 will be around 21-26 degrees, in the north 15-20 degrees. By October 19, this indicator may drop to 18-23 degrees, and in the north to 13-18 degrees.
At night, the air is expected to cool down to 6-11 degrees, and in some northern regions to 3-8 degrees.
Hydrometeorologists note that mainly dry and stable weather will persist on weekends. However, by the evening of October 18, short-term rain is possible in some places in Bukhara and Navoi regions. On October 19th, short-term rain is expected in the foothills and mountainous areas, potentially turning to snow in the high mountains. Wind speeds will be around 7-12 m/s.
The weather will also be changeable in the capital, Tashkent. No precipitation is expected, the wind will blow from the east at 3-8 m/s. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature on October 17 during the day 25-27°, on October 18 23-25°, on Sunday 19-21°. The nighttime temperature will gradually decrease to 8-10 degrees.
