In accordance with Government Resolution No. 642 of October 15, 2025, a single electronic certificate confirming the completion of driver training and retraining has been introduced.
From now on, citizens who have successfully completed training courses for drivers of motor vehicles and urban electric transport will be issued a certificate in electronic form based on the minutes of the examination commission.
Electronic certificates are automatically generated in the Unified Information System through the "eavtotalim.uz" platform and are provided to business entities in real time.
Most importantly, no fee or fee is charged for issuing a certificate. This innovation is a step towards creating convenience for drivers and digitalization of services.
