On November 4-7, the temperature is expected to be 0-3°C at night or 0-3°C below zero in some places, and 8-13°C during the day.
Until the end of November, the weather will be changeable - on some days it will be warm, and on others - cool and windy.
Forecasters note that the average monthly temperature will be 1-1.5 degrees below normal.
Precipitation is expected in the second half of the month, mainly in the form of rain.
