The President announced new reforms to support doctors

The President announced that a number of practical measures will be implemented to adequately recognize the work of medical workers and improve their material and moral well-being. The new system provides for increasing the effectiveness of medicine, stimulating scientific and practical activities, and attracting young personnel to the field.

As one of the most important innovations, every year, in connection with the "Day of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers," all doctors and nurses working in state medical institutions are awarded a special monetary prize. This step, according to the head of state, will be implemented as a symbol of gratitude to the dedicated workers in the field.

Doctors who implement best practices and new approaches will also receive special incentives. In particular, medical workers who have implemented a new treatment method at the district level will be awarded a special prize of 21 million soums. This, at the same time, serves to support innovative thinking and a scientific approach.

A number of benefits are also provided for specialists who have contributed to the industry for many years. Employees with 15 years of work experience in a state medical institution are provided with a free voucher to a sanatorium. Also, if their child enters a state higher education institution, 30% of the annual tuition fee will be covered by the state.

Incentive measures have also been established for mortgage loans - 25 percent of the down payment will be paid by the state annually for 500 medical workers who have shown high results.

At the same time, medical workers with three years or more of work experience will be provided with free high-tech specialized medical care once a year if necessary. This will help not only protect the health of representatives of the sphere, but also preserve their ability to work for many years.

Favorable opportunities are also being created for doctors working in scientific fields - all expenses for publishing articles in international scientific journals will be fully covered by the state.

Officials noted that as a result of these measures, labor productivity in the medical system will increase, and the process of introducing new innovations will accelerate. At the same time, it is expected that the number of qualified personnel will increase, and the prestige of the medical profession will rise.
