Today, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit the Syrdarya region. It is planned that the head of state will familiarize himself with the activities of industrial enterprises and the creative work being carried out in mahallas, as well as take part in an extraordinary session of the Syrdarya Regional Council of People's Deputies.
Within the framework of the visit, the state of production processes at large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of the region, the creation of added value, and the creation of new jobs will be studied, and the ongoing creative work in mahallas, the renewal of infrastructure, the construction of social facilities, and the improvement of the living conditions of the population will be reviewed.
Priority areas of socio-economic development of the region are expected to be discussed at the extraordinary session of the Syrdarya Regional Council of People's Deputies, which will be held with the participation of the President.
At the meeting, it is planned to define relevant tasks and tasks on such issues as diversification of industry and acceleration of investment projects, development of entrepreneurship, ensuring employment of the population, improvement of road, communal and social infrastructure, further support of the education, healthcare and social protection system.
Following the visit, the formation of new projects and practical measures aimed at the development of the region is expected.
