Uzbekistan’s services market: fastest-growing service types revealed

In January–November 2025, the volume of market services provided in Uzbekistan reached 916 trillion soums. The fastest growth was seen in financial services and in communications and informatization—meaning money turnover and technology hit the gas together.
According to the National Statistics Committee, growth by service type was as follows:
- financial services — 123.7%;
- communications and informatization services — 122.6%;
- rental services — 119%;
- healthcare services — 115.3%;
- architecture and engineering services — 115.2%;
- trade services — 113.3%;
- other services — 113.1%;
- transport services — 112.9%;
- computer and household goods repair services — 112.8%;
- personal services — 112%;
- real estate-related services — 111.7%;
- accommodation and food services — 109.3%;
- education services — 108.8%.
In short, the figures show that the strongest growth in the services market is driven by finance and the IT/communications segment. At the same time, steady growth has also been maintained in rentals, healthcare, and engineering services.
If this trend continues in the coming months, the services sector could easily become one of the economy’s fastest-running engines.
