In January-September 2025, a total of 177,017 marriages were officially registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee.
The figures presented show that the largest share of women entering into marriage falls on the 20-30 age category. That is, women in the country mainly start families around the age of 20-30.
The distribution of women by age groups in registered marriages is as follows:
-under 20 years old - 65,078 people (36.8 percent)
-20-30 years old - 94,765 people (53.5%)
-31-40 years old - 13,137 people (7.4%)
-41 years and older - 4,037 people (2.3%)
As can be seen, the proportion of people under 20 years old is also quite high, but the main "big wave" is still concentrated at the age of 20-30.
