Today, on the evening of March 16, one of the important and blessed ceremonies of the holy month of Ramadan - the completion of the Holy Quran - will take place throughout our country. This was officially announced by the press service of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan.

It was reported that throughout Ramadan, the Holy Quran was recited by melodious and experienced reciters in 1,765 mosques across our country. This great worship will conclude today during Tarawih prayers, and Quran recitation ceremonies will be held in mosques.

According to the department's information, in mosques where the Quran has been recited throughout Uzbekistan, our compatriots will simultaneously raise their hands in congregational prayer. It is emphasized that these ceremonies will further elevate the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan and become a great source of rewards for Muslims.

Scholars emphasize that prayers made after the complete recitation of the Quran have a very high probability of being answered. Because the Quran is the word of Allah, and reading it from beginning to end is considered a great worship and great virtue. Therefore, tonight is considered a special opportunity for Muslims to pray for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Legends also contain important information about this. For instance, it is narrated from companion Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): "There is a prayer that is answered when the Quran is completed." Therefore, scholars emphasize that prayers after congregational worship are especially virtuous.

According to the religious administration, Tarawih prayers will begin at the designated times in the regions of the country. Tarawih prayers in the Fergana Valley will begin at 20:20. In the Valley and some western regions of Uzbekistan, prayer time may extend until 21:00.

In the capital and Tashkent region, the start time of Tarawih prayers is set at 20:30. At this time, the Quran recitation in mosques will be completed, and prayers will be made for peace in the country, prosperity of the people, and happiness of all Muslims.

Experts emphasize that such spiritual events during Ramadan strengthen kindness and compassion in society and encourage people towards goodness. Therefore, the Quran recitation and prayer ceremonies held in mosques tonight are expected to be a source of spiritual comfort and reward for thousands of compatriots.
