Tashkent launched two mountain routes

Two new minibus routes, numbered 324 and 325, will begin operating in the mountain areas near Tashkent, according to "Toshshahartransxizmat". The new services are intended to make travel easier for local residents living in upland settlements as well as for Uzbek and foreign tourists heading to popular recreation sites in the region.

Route 324 will run from the Chinorkent railway station through Qorankul, Pana Hotel, Amirsoy, Tibet, Beldersoy, Chimgan, Sevarsay, Layner, Piramida and Bochka, before reaching Beldersoy. Route 325 will cover the same destinations in reverse order, departing from Chinorkent and passing through Bochka, Piramida, Layner, Sevarsay, Chimgan, Beldersoy, Tibet, Amirsoy, Pana Hotel and Qorankul before returning to Chinorkent.

Passengers on both routes will be served by modern 16-seat "Ford" minibuses equipped with air conditioning. The fare has been set at 10,000 soums, and travelers will be able to pay either in cash or by bank card. Officials say the combination of compact vehicles and frequent service should make the routes convenient for both daily use and short tourist trips.

The minibuses are scheduled to operate every day starting from 6:00 a.m., with departures every 15 minutes. The average travel time to the destination is expected to be about 40 minutes, offering a relatively quick connection between Chinorkent and the region's best-known mountain resorts and отдыха areas.

The launch of the new services is expected to support the development of ecotourism in the area, increase visitor flows and create additional opportunities for local communities. Better transport access may also help businesses in the mountain zone, including hotels, recreation centers and service providers, by making the area easier to reach throughout the day.
