Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Andrej Babiš planted a tree as a symbol of friendship

Following the high-level negotiations held in Tashkent, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš took part in a symbolic event.
According to the Presidential Press Service, the leaders planted a tree together in the Alley of Honored Guests. This traditional ceremony was regarded as a symbol representing the strengthening of relations and growing mutual trust between the two states.
It was noted that this event served as a sign of the multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic rising to a new level. The recent negotiations and signed documents are viewed as the practical manifestation of this process.
It is worth recalling that earlier, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Andrej Babiš signed a joint declaration aimed at promoting enhanced cooperation. This document is assessed as a significant step toward the further development of bilateral ties.
