In Uzbekistan, the number of extremist sources blocked on internet platforms has been announced

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published a list of internet resources related to religious extremism, terrorism, and ideological beliefs that are prohibited for dissemination, preparation, storage, and demonstration within the country. This list includes 270 pages on Facebook, 855 channels on Telegram, 386 pages on Instagram, 1 page on Threads, 190 channels on YouTube, 39 pages on Odnoklassniki, 62 pages on TikTok, as well as certain websites and books.
Every citizen is called to stay away from these sources, stay alert, and follow the correct paths of worldview. Assisting in the distribution of these banned resources and accessing them can negatively impact one's life. It is also important to avoid unnecessary engagement with such sources and ensure that the youth follow honest and correct paths, steering clear of such information.
"Dear citizens! Respected parents and youth! Be aware of religious extremism, fanatical views, and terrorism. Do not allow them to destroy your life or dreams. Stay away from the internet resources banned by the court!" — the message emphasizes.
For every citizen in Uzbekistan, it is crucial to be responsible in the fight against such sources, be aware of their influence, and guide the people toward the right path.
