56 injured in Kryvyi Rih strike, homes and cars destroyed

On Friday, April 4, 2025, Russia launched a new missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih. At least 19 people were killed in the attack, including 9 children. This was announced by the chairman of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, at midnight that day. Another 56 people were injured in the attack.

According to several sources, the missile exploded near the Magellan restaurant.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional administration, Sergei Lysak, said that about 20 apartment buildings, more than 30 cars, educational institutions and public catering establishments were damaged in the city.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the attack: "Russia strikes every day. People are dying every day. "There is only one reason for this - Russia does not want to stop firing, and we see it. The whole world is witnessing this. Every missile, every drone proves that Russia intends to continue the war," he wrote. According to Zelensky, the strike was carried out in a residential area.
