China issues strong warning to countries entering into agreements with the US
A representative of China's Ministry of Commerce stated that strict countermeasures would be taken against countries entering into agreements detrimental to China's interests.

"China does not accept and resolutely opposes any country entering into agreements that harm our national interests. If such a situation arises, we will respond with equally strong and decisive measures," the ministry said in a statement.

This statement was made in response to plans by the US administration to increase economic pressure on China and isolate its economy through trade and tariff negotiations with other countries.

According to the prominent American publication The Wall Street Journal, the White House is offering other countries relaxation of US-imposed tariffs and trade barriers in exchange for commitments to limit China's economy.

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce reiterated that China is fully capable of defending its rights and interests. At the same time, the ministry warned that the return of the "law of the jungle" and violations of international trade fairness would negatively impact all countries globally.

"China is ready to confront any threat and uphold fairness in international trade," the ministry representative added.

Thus, China is openly declaring its stance in international economic relations, demonstrating that it will not accept any restrictions in defending its national interests and rights.
