A complaint was filed with the police regarding a 3-year-old girl in the city of Atirov, Kazakhstan.
It is reported that this appeal occurred due to a disagreement between 3 and 5-year-old girls when dividing a toy - a vacuum cleaner in a cafe. A discussion and a small quarrel arose between the children due to this situation.
Soon after, the two girls reconciled, but the mother of one of them disagreed with this decision and officially contacted the police, demanding that the boy publicly apologize.
In response to this appeal, the city police stated that an official complaint against a child under 3 years of age would not be accepted. Therefore, the appeal was canceled, and a preventive conversation was held with the parents of the children, who were given advice on child-rearing and safety rules.
