Dubai has once again confirmed its status as the capital of records: the tallest hotel on the planet, Ciel Dubai Marina, will open in November 2025 in the largest city of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The 377-meter-high building is located in the prestigious Dubai Marina district and will become a new architectural symbol of the emirate. It will surpass the Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, which stands at 356 meters.
The hotel was designed by the architectural bureau NORR Group and constructed by The First Group in cooperation with contractor China Railway 18th Bureau Group of Dubai. The hotel will be managed by The First Group Hospitality under the Vignette Collection brand, which is part of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
Features of Ciel Dubai Marina:

82 floors and 1004 rooms and apartments with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf;

unique 12-story atrium garden;

a restaurant at approximately 353 meters high;

a swimming pool at 306 meters, which will become the highest in the world;

eight restaurants and bars;

direct access to the Dubai Marina waterfront, water taxis, Dubai Marina Mall, tram and metro stations.
In addition to the title of “tallest hotel,” Ciel Dubai Marina is also claiming two world records: the highest swimming pool and the highest club. After its opening, it is expected that these records will be officially recognized by the Guinness Book of Records.
Ciel Dubai Marina will undoubtedly become not only a new center of attraction for tourists, but also a symbolic structure that will further strengthen Dubai's authority in world architecture.
