Russian President Vladimir Putin once again demonstrated the power of his state at a meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club. According to him, if someone wants to "revenge" with Russia in the military and political sphere, then Russia will always firmly demonstrate its position.
Putin emphasized that Russia will respond immediately if there is a threat to its national security, peace, the tranquility and sovereignty of its citizens. According to him, provocation is not necessary, because it will end badly, first of all, for the provocateur himself.
"Our history has proven that weakness is unacceptable. Because weakness creates a misconception about solving any problem by force. Russia has always been resolute in defending its sovereignty and statehood," Putin emphasized.
Putin also announced that he would respond to the militarization policy of European countries. He noted the need for Europe to respond reliably to any threats. "We were not the initiators of military confrontation. Any military steps are meaningless and simply meaningless," the Russian president said.
Putin's words once again strengthened Russia's position on the world political arena and demonstrated its determination to resist future threats.
