Gaza and Ukraine: civilians suffer again amid wars

In the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Yunis, at least three Palestinians were killed in separate incidents by Israeli forces, local health authorities said. The incidents occurred on Sunday.

According to doctors, the dead include a 15-year-old boy, a fisherman killed while fishing, and another man shot east of the city. Some of these areas are under Israeli control. The Israeli army has not commented officially on the incidents.

Despite the ceasefire that came into effect in October, Israel continues air strikes in Gaza. Israeli authorities say the strikes are aimed at ensuring security and preventing militant activity. According to Gaza’s health ministry, hundreds of Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire began.

Israel and Hamas accuse each other of violating the ceasefire. The international community has expressed concern over the situation in Gaza, urging both sides to stop violence and respect agreements. The situation in the region remains tense.
