According to documents released by the US Department of Justice, in 2017, a piece of Kaaba fabric was gifted to the famous billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. It was revealed that this unique gift was sent by a group of businessmen operating in the United Arab Emirates.
The gift is a part of the Kaaba cloth, which has religious significance and is a sacred cloth located in a place that is visited by millions of Muslims around the world.
As one of those who sent this gift, a woman named Aziza al-Ahmadi noted the following:
"At least tens of millions of Sunnis, Shiites, and other Muslims around the world have touched this piece of black fabric. They circumambulate the Kaaba seven times, trying to find the opportunity to touch this fabric. There they leave their prayers, dreams, tears, and hopes. Then they hope these prayers will be answered."
This incident with Epstein is causing a lot of discussion on social media.
